Built around your thumb
- Swipe right to complete
- Drag a task to the right and let go. It’s done, with a small tap of haptic feedback.
- Short swipe left to star
- A little nudge to the left stars a task and adds it to Today.
- Longer swipe for more
- Swipe further left to reveal Edit, Schedule and Favourite.
- Tap to open
- Tap a task to see its subtasks on their own screen. Back takes you up a level.
Three tabs
Everything in the app hangs off three views at the bottom of the screen.
- Home
- Your whole tree, starting from the top. Drag to reorder, or sort by name, date created, last updated or due date.
- Today
- The tasks you’ve starred, from anywhere in the tree. Your short list for the day.
- Due
- Everything with a date: overdue, due today and coming up, including repeating tasks.
Also in the app: tag views, search, an archive of completed tasks, dark mode, accent colours, adjustable text size and typeface, and haptics you can switch off.
Questions
Which devices does the app run on?
iPhone and iPad (iOS 18 or later) and Android phones. Get it from the App Store or Google Play.
Do I need a separate subscription for the app?
No. One subscription covers the app and the web app. If you already subscribe on the web, just sign in.
Can I sign in with Apple or Google?
Yes, or with an email address and password. Use the same method on every device so you land in the same account.
Does the app work without signal?
Yes. Your tasks are stored on the phone. Changes sync when you’re back online.
